Stuart Collier earned his real estate license at just 19 while attending the University of Arkansas, driven by a deep interest in the industry. But after graduating and working with a franchise brokerage, making ends meet proved difficult. He stepped away from real estate to pursue a more stable W-2 job—always knowing it was temporary. It was a means to an end.
In 2013, after nearly a decade away, Stuart made the decision to return to real estate. With his broker’s license in hand, he launched what would become Collier & Associates from a small coffee shop in 2014.
From day one, Collier & Associates was different.
We recognized that Northwest Arkansas needed a brokerage that was modern, relevant, and people-first. We set out to challenge the conventional model—and it worked. Over the past decade, Collier & Associates has grown from two agents to more than 240, becoming the largest independently owned brokerage in Northwest Arkansas. We’ve earned a reputation for challenging the status quo, doing the right thing, and delivering powerful results—while always keeping people at the center of every decision.
