Jett Gibe began his real estate journey while in college, pursuing a Business Finance degree with a concentration in Real Estate. With a clear interest in the investing side of the industry, he obtained his real estate license in 2022 during his junior year.
After graduating, Jett joined a large corporate fix-and-flip company as a Project Manager, where he gained hands-on experience operating at scale. As the sole boots-on-the-ground representative in Northwest Arkansas, he was responsible for sourcing and acquiring properties, planning and budgeting renovations, managing contractors, and overseeing the resale of each project. In just nine months, Jett successfully completed more than 15 renovation projects from acquisition to disposition.
Driven by an entrepreneurial mindset, Jett chose to step away from the corporate environment to focus on building his own investment business. He now works alongside private investors on fix-and-flip projects, primarily throughout Benton County, applying disciplined financial analysis and efficient project execution to maximize returns.
In addition to renovation projects, Jett has recently obtained his builder’s license and is expanding into new construction through the development of spec homes. Throughout his career, he has also consistently served buyers and sellers across Northwest Arkansas and Oklahoma, offering clients a unique blend of investment expertise, construction knowledge, and local market insight.
