Nancy Harp is a Real Estate Agent, Transaction Coordinator, and Financial Operations Manager with Collier & Associates, proudly serving Northwest Arkansas. She got her start in real estate back in 2014 after making a career shift from the banking world, and quickly found her niche behind the scenes helping other agents stay organized and succeed.
Nancy loves supporting her team and making sure every transaction runs smoothly, but she’s also passionate about working with first-time home buyers, helping them navigate the process and find the perfect place to call home.
Outside of work, Nancy has been happily married for over 21 years and is a proud mom to two kids and five pets (yes, five!). When she’s not juggling real estate or family life, you’ll likely find her cheering on her favorite college football team every Saturday in the fall.
