Kelley Cullen spent over 12 years in NWA corporate environments, working for several Fortune 500 companies, before becoming a licensed real estate agent and executive broker. She brings a structured, results-driven approach to the corporate mobility experience for both corporate relocation partners and the transferees moving in/out of the area.
Having led different project management teams, Kelley understands the importance of clear expectations for Agents, delivering a seamless experience for clients, while communicating with the RMC's every step of the way. Kelley earned her Certified Relocation Professional designation in 2024 and continues to pursue relocation memberships and opportunities, including the Path to Success program with RDC.
With a network of 250+ agents, Collier & Associates has intentionally curated a specialized relocation division focused on supporting corporate transferees, mobility programs, and high-touch client transitions.
