Before real estate, Jerry spent 30 years managing large salesforces in the beer industry. That career taught him to watch the indicators that predict results, not just the ones that report them. He brings the same discipline to every transaction, using pending contracts, price reductions, showing activity, and building permits to guide his advice on pricing and timing.
Jerry works with resale and new construction clients alike. He is known for explaining the numbers behind a decision, giving clear recommendations, and keeping sellers informed with regular updates on how their listing is performing.
Outside of work, Jerry enjoys wine and is usually in the middle of a home improvement or interior design project of his own.
