Born and raised in Springdale, Arkansas, Stephanie Long Sims has a deep-rooted love for the Northwest Arkansas community. With nearly 10 years of experience in the event industry owning The Cake Occasion and Milieu Studio, Stephanie has had the privilege of building meaningful relationships throughout NWA and helping create some of life’s most memorable moments.
One of her favorite parts of that experience has been watching people grow through every season of life. She’s celebrated birthdays with families, then had the joy of being part of their weddings, baby showers, and their little ones’ first birthdays. Getting to know people beyond a single moment and being trusted to be part of their milestones has always meant so much to her.
For Stephanie, real estate feels like a natural extension of that experience. She loves helping people navigate one of the biggest transitions and investments of their lives while creating genuine relationships that extend far beyond the closing table. Her goal is to make the process feel personal, approachable, and even a little fun along the way.
When she’s not helping clients find their next home, Stephanie can be found at home with her newlywed husband and their wild Australian Shepherds. She loves traveling (especially to national parks), making her house smell like chocolate chip cookies, sneaking home with yet another houseplant, and spending her lunch breaks at the gym. Above all, she loves being part of the NWA community and helping people find not just a house, but a place to call home.
